Look out the great-room windows of Second Story at the surf, sea, and sky, and you will immediately feel drawn into the magic of this space. Whether enjoying lively feasts around the large dining room table where everyone has a view, gathering around a crackling fire, or taking a long walk on the beach, Second Story is designed to be a place for people to connect and create.

Second Story features a great room with large windows offering views from the large kitchen, cozy library, large seating area near the fireplace, and the long dining room table. Tucked behind the great room are four literary-themed bedrooms—Nature, Humor, Mystery, and Fantasy—and two bathrooms. The first floor below features the largest bedroom with a Travel/Adventure theme and its own bathroom, sitting area and TV. The garage acts as a game room with Ping-Pong, Foosball and a Putt-Putt green and leads to a large media room with ample seating in front of a 75-inch screen TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Tucked in the wooded neighborhood called Surfland in South Beach, Oregon, Second Story sits on a low cliff overlooking the ocean, surrounded on the other three sides by trees. The ocean side of the house has a porch with a four-person hot tub with a view. At night, the location is dark and quiet with amazing star gazing.
